I have used Judy on both sides of the transaction. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none. Her research on a home I was interested in saved me over $20k because she was able to bring the right facts and proper evaluation of the property to the listing agent. Her persuasion and knowledge of the community was conveyed to the seller via the listing agent. I was able to get the house I wanted and the price that I could afford. Working with Judy was truly an entirely professional experience, very enjoyable, too. My thoughts are, sekk her out for agency representation. I cannot think of anyone that can possibly be better than Judy.

Judy White is hands down one of the very best real estate agents in town-and I don’t just say that because she’s my mom!  Judy’s knowledge is second to none, as evidenced by all the high-level real estate designations she holds.  What really makes Judy stand out, however, isn’t just her industry knowledge and experience, or the fact that she’s an amazing negotiator that always advocates for her clients’ best interests, it’s the fact that she’s such a fun person to know and work with.  Buying/selling real estate isn’t typically a “fun” experience.. unless you’re working with Judy.  If you’re the type of person that doesn’t think something like a real estate transaction should be enjoyable, and would prefer a dry, boring process- Judy may not be the agent for you.  If your goal is to have an enjoyable process AND have the best representation possible on the real estate side of things, then Judy is the perfect agent for you.  Real estate is complicated and the laws are constantly changing, but that doesn’t mean the process has to be daunting and painful.  As one of the top mortgage lenders in the Denver Metro area, I have worked with hundreds (thousands maybe) of agents over the years, and have been able to see first-hand how much better the experience can be for the client when they pick the right agent. Do yourself a favor and make Judy your Realtor for life!
