I have used Judy on both sides of the transaction. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none. Her research on a home I was interested in saved me over $20k because she was able to bring the right facts and proper evaluation of the property to the listing agent. Her persuasion and knowledge of the community was conveyed to the seller via the listing agent. I was able to get the house I wanted and the price that I could afford. Working with Judy was truly an entirely professional experience, very enjoyable, too. My thoughts are, sekk her out for agency representation. I cannot think of anyone that can possibly be better than Judy.
