She took us to a phenomenal forever home in Eldorado Springs, CO, just outside Boulder.  She must have known we would fall in love with it, as we wrote a very aggressive offer, and it was accepted, amazingly.  It was in a super difficult real estate climate in 2019.  She is one heck of a negotiator.  Brilliant, in fact!!

Our family bought a single family home in 2014 for approximately $650K in Brighton, CO.  She also sold our house in Westminster as well.  My oh my, nice investment we made on our place in Brighton, CO.  Thanks to Judy for helping us make that happen!!  We listened to all of her suggestions and the "reality" check.  It was a win/win.  We wish for her the best of everything!
